Sania Anand graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with a deep-rooted passion for integrative and holistic healthcare. Prior to completing her Doctor of Naturopathy degree, she obtained her MBBS degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India.
With a keen focus on both women’s and men’s health, including mental health, acupuncture, cancer care, weight management, and stress management, Sania addresses a diverse array of health concerns with a holistic approach and utilizes a wide range of evidence-based medicine and naturopathic modalities to promote healing and overall well-being.
In addition, she is also a certified meditation teacher, incorporating mindfulness and meditation techniques into her patient care to foster emotional well-being and resilience.
Sania is dedicated to empowering her patients to take an active role in their health and wellness journey, providing them with the tools and support needed to achieve optimal health and a balanced life.
